We are delighted to announce that Temple Beth Tikvah is launching a new membership portal called ShulCloud. This technology upgrade represents a significant step forward aligning us with modern administrative tools while preserving our sense of community. ShulCloud, a synagogue management software, has been adopted by more than 1,200 synagogues, and is tailored to address the unique needs of synagogues and their members.

As phase one of our launch of ShulCloud, you will be emailed access to log into your new ShulCloud account. There, you will be able to:

●        Manage and update individual and family profiles including contact details,
photos, occupation, birthdays, anniversaries, and yahrzeits

●        Securely provide and store ACH and credit card information using the integrated
PCI (payment card industry) compliant payment gateway

●        View your transaction history, set up recurring payments, pay pledges and program
balances, print tax documents, and make donations

●        Have access to a private online TBT members-only directory

Looking ahead, we will launch other features, including Religious School and Preschool registrations and program and event registrations.

We recognize that adapting to new technology can be both exciting and daunting, and we are committed to providing support as we all adjust to this new system. ShulCloud is a tool to nurture your membership needs, and this launch will not affect our current website, emails, or streaming service access.

As we make the transition to using ShulCloud for our billing and payment system, if you have any financial questions or would like to check in about your account, please contact Kim Romine at admin@tbtshoreline.org .

Thank you for your partnership in this transition as we work to make the user experience as efficient and transparent as possible. While we have been diligently working through data transfer from our old system and designing the new ShulCloud experience to fit TBT’s needs, we acknowledge the inevitability of errors and unforeseen needs. As these arise, please know that we are here and ready to help; you can always reach out to the TBT team by contacting Kim at admin@tbtshoreline.org and Lydia Devlin at office@tbtshoreline.org .
